How We Calculate Weight
Actual Weight
The physical weight of your package as measured on a scale. This is the most common billing method for dense, heavy items.
Dimensional Weight
Calculated as: (Length × Width × Height) ÷ 139. This applies to large, lightweight packages that take up more space.
Billable Weight: We charge based on whichever is greater—actual weight or dimensional weight. This ensures fair pricing for all package sizes.
